Prof. Dr. Neena Joseph
Retired as Professor from Institute of Management in Government (IMG), Regional Centre, Kochi. Her areas of interest are management, governance and gender. She has an MBA from Cochin University of Science and Technology. She has her doctorate in Economics. She is the President of the Trust.
Ms. Aleyamma Vijayan
A post-graduate in social work, Aleyamma worked initially for 16 years with fish workers and with self employed women. She is the founder and coordinator for 14 years. Presently she serves as the Secretary of the organisation.
Ms. Mercy Alexander
Mercy is an activist who comes with vast experience of mobilising and empowering fishing communities. She was the Coordinator of Sakhi for 10 years and serves as the treasurer now
Ar. Latha Raman Jaigopal
An architect by training, Latha Raman heads ‘Inspiration’s Project Management and Contracts Wing, and is responsible for overall design interpretation, project management and technical co-ordination of all projects undertaken by Inspiration where they offer complete design solutions and direct field level implementation. She also play the key role in designing and detailing concepts of total water management, decentralized solid and liquid waste management and relevant renewable energy applications in Inspiration’s projects
